Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Cake:
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin, cooked and mashed
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda

Preheat oven to 350°. Cream sugar and eggs; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in a greased jellyroll pan for 20–25 minutes. Cool cake in pan.

Frosting:
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 t. vanilla
4 c. powdered sugar

For frosting, mix ingredients together until smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
