Bestor's Maple Glazed Salmon

1/2 lb. Salmon
2 T. maple syrup
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. garlic sauce
Dash of salt and pepper

In small bowl mix syrup, soy sauce, garlics, salt and pepper. Place salmon in baking dish and coat with sauce mixture. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
