Whole Wheat Pancakes

Simple and delicious.

Ingredients:

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 Tbl baking powder
2 Tbl. sugar
Dash of salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
2 Tbl oil

Combine dry ingredients. Add wet. Add more milk/water to desired consistency. Melt butter on hot skillet. Cook and enjoy!

I also add vanilla on occasion.
