1 jar artichoke hearts, chopped

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
2 T butter, melted
½ tsp salt
